About The Singapore Pandan Cake with Kaya Lava
In celebration of Singapore National Day, we create a local all-time favourite, Kaya to pair with our signature Pandan Chiffon Cake! A sweet nostalgic creation by Chef Daniel Tay and Singaporean Chiffon Cake Baker, Susanne Ng. Old Seng Choong's Pandan Chiffon Cake has a wonderful aroma that's cotton-soft light & moist inside, and it comes with a nice golden brown on the outside. With addition of Kaya lava, this cake boasts of its own smooth and refined flavors of Asia.
